Hi, as explained I can see the account is active and like i said it shows SOUL as the service provider on my phone.

HOWEVER, like I said, i CANNOT make outgoing calls on my phone, yet you are providing the service.

I can send SMS and receive SMS and receive phone calls but cannot make outgoing.

You have obviously put a bar on my account and i would like you to fix it asap. Please.

This is over a week now.
