If you would kindly show me exactly where on your site i could access any of this information apart from the first invoice that was raised it would be very appreciated because the only menu options i seem to have are change password, account status and main account invoice.
There does not appear to be any options for me to even view bank account details which i know the details i gave you initially still had money in the account.
It would be nice if a operator could ring and sort this matter out over the phone as i am obviously unable to call you.
I hav e never seen a service where you cannot even contact the service provider when you have an account issue.
